China Mobile Communication Group Co., Ltd. In May 2008, China Tietong Group Co., Ltd. was incorporated into China Mobile. In December 2017, China Mobile Communication Group Corporation (CMCC) carried out the corporate system reform. China Mobile (Hong Kong) Group Co., Ltd. is wholly owned by China Mobile (Hong Kong) Group Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary company in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and Hong Kong. It is listed in Hong Kong and New York. It is mainly engaged in mobile voice, data, broadband, IP phone and multimedia services, and has the operation right of computer Internet international networking unit International import and export management rights.
